Footsage has a strict rule that 100% bans any sexual acts or conversation from going on between massage therapists and clients at any time. If broken, both willingly or unwillingly, the massage therapist and or client will be immediately banned from services.
Registered Massage Members Only

Footsage massage therapists can service registered members only. Due to health & safety concerns and liability issues Footsage Massage Member credits are only transferable to other massage members.
Footsage Massage Member Clients Only

All Footsage massage member clients shall always be serviced and communicated with and through the Footsage umbrella of services. Footsage Independent Contractor Massage Therapist shall not engage any Footsage Client for services of any kind outside of the Footsage professional relationship.

I agree to the free birthday massage policy
I agree that as a condition of using the Footsage client and scheduling services that I must give my Footsage® Member a Free Birthday Massage each year of membership.
The Free Birthday Massage comes with a minimum of three paid massages. If the member terminates before the third paid massage, I will be compensated for the Free Birthday Massage I performed. The Massage Therapist first massage will be Free and held in escrow for Free Birthday Massage.
